ABOUT KAIA OLIVIA
Kaia is technically trained in 11 different styles of dance, a classically trained vocalist, poet, published writer, teacher, and healer. As a teen, Kaia was the spokesperson and public speaker for Positive Attitude Outlook, Incorporated. When she was not traveling for speaking engagements, she spent her time studying, performing, mentoring and being of service through volunteer work.
Kaia has received multiple awards for her outstanding performances in humorous and dramatic monologue interpretations as well as singing performances with the group, Sweet Harmonies, at Roosevelt School of Arts. Kaia also sang the national anthem at her graduation.
Kaia went on to attain a degree in Human Development B.S., from the University of California, San Diego; where she received the Outstanding Scholar and Citizen Achievement Award for her community work on and off campus. During her college years, she was the project manager for a mentoring program and co-founded the first multi-cultural dance troupe on campus. Kaia comes from a lineage of distinguished artists, engineers, and wellness practitioners. Kaia has gone on to attain diplomas in Reiki and Pranic Healing Wellness Services and teaches workshops in person and online.
More recently, Kaia has opened up as a dancer for Big Boi from Outkast, Pharcyde as well as performing a 4 act show at the House of Blues; where she was featured as a spotlight artist at the RAW: Natural Born Artists Showcase October 2018. Her life story is profoundly intense yet her perspective on life provides you comfort, warmth, trustworthiness, a sense of loyalty, accountability, authority, inspiration, and empowerment.
